Natasha’s group sessions were so helpful in helping me understand the value of self-care. She offers the perfect balance of nurturing and understanding, combined with goal-setting for real results. I loved the breath-work and self-reflection, but the coaching, to determine what I really want and then set action items and deadlines, was even more valuable. Her classes are focused for real results. Highly recommend! –RK

Natasha offers strong yet gentle guidance and leadership that inspires lasting and practical change. Her supportive techniques in leading a group conversation offers the environment that allows for supportive vulnerability. Her ability to guide group questioning and conversation give a safe environment to ask deeper questions among other people. I really value and appreciate the skilled structure she has created to offer gentle yet powerful change. Thank you Natasha!  —LJ

Working with Natasha has been wonderful! As a BCBA supervisor, she gives me opportunities to apply the things I learn in my classes to tasks and scenarios that BCBAs typically encounter. She diversifies assignments, reviews with me ABA terms and procedures, and allows for me to accrue both unrestricted and restricted hours. As a Person-Centered Thinking Trainer, and an LMFT, she emphasizes the importance of the whole person and integrates person centered practices into ABA practices. Overall, as a mentor and a supervisor, she works hard to ensure that I am honing my skills and prepares me to practice as a BCBA once I am certified. —AA
